Thank you for inspiring so many children!

Sophie delivered an assembly at our school for pupils aged Y1 to Y6. It was fun, educational, engaging for all ages - including our staff! It was clear through her incredible enthusiasm that she is very passionate about teaching languages; she was great with all of the children! Everyone left the assembly having learnt some new words and phrases in several languages. Thank you for inspiring so many children Sophie! Muchas gracias. Merci beaucoup.

Engaging, varied, upbeat and enjoyable

Sophie provides a unique opportunity for toddlers to begin learning Spanish from a young age! Sophie is very friendly, and the children warm to her immediately. Her classes are engaging, varied, upbeat and enjoyable. The children have time to play games in Spanish, listen to stories in Spanish and make crafts with their friends. My two year old daughter and I look forward to Lingotots every week and at home my daughter enjoys singing the songs we've learnt with Sophie, all in Spanish!

She LOVES it!!!

Thank you soooooo much for the session updates. It is so lovely to hear how the children have got on! This is my daughter's second lesson and she LOVES it!!! Last week I was so surprised when I picked her up and she was using Spanish words!!! Soooo impressed! My sister lives in Spain and so her cousins are bilingual so she is very excited to tell them what she has learnt! Muchas gracias a ti.

She comes home so excited!

I just wanted to say thank you. Iris is really enjoying Spanish at nursery, she comes home so excited to tell me what she has learnt during the day. She has been practising the parts of her face all week, including when in bed and chatting with herself. I said to make sure she told you she could remember them. She was so chuffed with her certificate and has shown everyone!

Sophie's specialist knowledge has allowed children to flourish

Sophie started working at our school in October 2023 and instantly engaged the children in their Spanish lessons. Her lessons are always fun and give the children plenty of opportunity for oral rehearsal as well as listening, reading and writing skills. The children in school look forward to their sessions each week and Sophie’s specialist knowledge has allowed the children to flourish whilst taking pressure off staff to teach a subject they were not so confident in.

This is our second term with Sophie at Lingotot and we couldn't love this class more. Sophie has such a great and warm-hearted way with all the children that allows them to learn at their own pace with all the enjoyment. It's amazing to see my daughter (2) learning and understanding Spanish so quickly who has even started teaching her grandparents! I couldn't recommend Sophie more!

Such a positive experience

Lingotot has been such a positive experience for the children at Busy Bees Matlock. The children and the parents are always talking about how much they love the sessions. The children have learnt and remembered lots of different Spanish words and songs and all sessions with Sophie are fun. Sophie is absolutely amazing and ensures that all children get to join in and have a turn. Each session is different and Sophie interacts really well with all the children. The children look forward to Lingotot every week! Thank you so much for all you do Sophie, we cannot wait for the next term of Lingotot!

He loves it so much!

My little boy did your session at his nursery yesterday and he spent the whole afternoon singing the Spanish songs so we had to watch them on Youtube later on. He loves it so much!

Wow!

Wow! We had our first lesson today and it was amazing! Sophie is fantastic. She speaks to the children in Spanish and then in English. There is a variety of singing, dancing, playing, storytime and crafts. I've been looking for something like this for my 18 month old and this is exactly what I wanted! We can't wait until next week! Thank you!

Sophie teaches Spanish to my daughter at nursery and I've been to a taster session in Matlock and I am really impressed with the lesson. They are really interactive including singing, books and cuddly toys! My daughter is in pre-school and is now counting to ten in Spanish and is teaching me body parts too! She is really enjoying it and I would highly recommend this class to people.
